Organized by the International Centre for Responsible Tourism (ICRT), this prestigious Southeast Asian award recognizes tourism stakeholders whose business models prioritize sustainability, environmental responsibility, and community empowerment. Maesa Hotel emerged as one of 24 regional winners after a rigorous evaluation process involving industry experts and scholars from across the region.
The achievement highlights Maesa Hotel’s long-term commitment to local sourcing, waste management, and community-driven initiatives. “This award affirms our approach to building a tourism ecosystem that uplifts local economies while preserving cultural and environmental assets,” said Bobby Wibowo, CEO of Maesa Group.
