Jakarta — BPJS Kesehatan, Indonesia’s national health insurance agency, has been recognized with the Anugerah Inspirasi 2025 in the category of Digitalization: Pioneer of the National Digital Health Ecosystem at the prestigious Liputan6 Awards 2025.
The award, presented by Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf and KLY Chief Content Officer Wenseslaus Manggut, was received by BPJS Kesehatan President Director Ghufron Mukti. The recognition highlights the agency’s success in accelerating digital transformation within the Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) program.
Through its Mobile JKN application, BPJS Kesehatan has introduced a range of digital services including Online Queueing, Telemedicine, and i‑Care JKN, enabling participants to access healthcare services quickly, seamlessly, and across facilities nationwide.
Ghufron emphasized that the agency’s digitalization strategy is rooted in human values:
“We direct digitalization to strengthen access, accelerate services, and ensure participants receive their rights without barriers. All innovations begin with the needs of society,” he stated.
The award also reflects BPJS Kesehatan’s commitment to collaboration with stakeholders across the healthcare sector, ensuring that digital innovation delivers broad and sustainable benefits.
Minister Saifullah Yusuf praised the achievement as a symbol of social conscience and collaboration:
“This award is a mirror of the nation’s conscience, proving that institutions can ignite hope and compassion through innovation,” he said.
The recognition positions BPJS Kesehatan as a role model in public sector digital transformation, demonstrating how technology can enhance governance, transparency, and citizen trust.
