Naker Inspirational Leadership Award 2025: Synergy of Leadership and Workforce Transformation

Jakarta — The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) will host the Naker Inspirational Leadership Award 2025 on December 8 at Balai Kartini, Jakarta. The event follows the Naker Award held on November 26 and will be attended by over 600 participants, including government officials, corporate representatives, labor unions, academia, and media.

According to Kemnaker Secretary General Cris Kuntadi, the award aims to strengthen adaptive, performance‑based leadership culture. “Leadership is the foundation of workforce transformation. Leaders must not only manage but also provide direction and ensure services to the public become more effective,” he stated.

Evaluation criteria include service innovation, program effectiveness, governance improvement, and contributions to regional workforce development. The focus is on tangible impact felt by workers and the public, rather than administrative formality.

The award will present 68 trophies and certificates across categories such as:

  • Employment Development Index Awards for top provinces in large, medium, and small categories.
  • Productivity Awards including 35 Pramakarya and 9 Productivity Mentors.
  • Best Labor Supervision Performance Awards for three provinces.
  • Top Industrial Area Compliance Awards for zones achieving over 91% compliance.

For Sinergi Global Media, the Naker Inspirational Leadership Award represents synergy in action: combining leadership excellence, workforce innovation, and collaborative competition to drive sustainable transformation in Indonesia’s labor sector.
