Jakarta — PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance), a subsidiary of Pertamina, has strengthened its reputation for corporate governance excellence by winning two major awards at the TOP GRC Awards 2025.
The company received:
- TOP GRC Awards 2025 #Star 4
- The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025, awarded to Edi Yoga Prasetyo, Director of Compliance and Risk Management.
The recognition followed a rigorous selection process, including presentations and interviews with an independent panel of governance and risk management experts. In his presentation, Edi Yoga outlined three benchmarks of Tugu Insurance’s integrated GRC framework:

- Dynamic and intensive governance practices
- Embedding risk culture as corporate DNA
He emphasized the company’s campaign, “Everybody is a Risk Manager”, which has successfully transformed risk management into a collective responsibility across all organizational levels.
