Jakarta – PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), has been recognized with the Diamond Achievement Award for Emission Reduction Transparency 2025 at the Best Corporate Transparency and Emission Reduction Awards, hosted by Investortrust.id.
The award acknowledges Tugu Insurance’s outstanding efforts in implementing sustainability programs aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, and its transparent reporting on carbon emission reduction.
Through its CSR initiative, Bakti Tugu, the company planted nearly 15,000 trees across Indonesia in the past year. Additional initiatives include a waste management program that revitalizes local recycling banks and educates communities on waste processing. Internally, the company encouraged employees to donate used uniforms and clothing, successfully collecting 1.7 tons of textiles for recycling into useful materials.

Award criteria were based on a company’s ability to demonstrate both achievement and transparency in emission reduction within a one-year period. Tugu Insurance’s integrated ESG practices have been lauded for their measurable impact and alignment with national green economy strategies.
As Indonesia accelerates its push toward a 93.5% reduction in GHG intensity by 2045, Tugu Insurance is reinforcing its position as not just a financial services provider, but a responsible corporate player in the nation’s environmental transformation.
